How to request an additional check or modification
Describe the task before purchase or preparation for shipment. We confirm feasibility in the country of purchase and agree what will be delivered.

Auction collection
We arrange collection from the auction and transport to the preparation or departure point. Feasibility, route and timing are confirmed for the selected lot.
Russian-language setup
We check whether the installed system can be adapted to Russian for the model and trim. Available functions and applications are agreed before work starts.
Photo and video report
You will receive a detailed photo report of the body, interior, engine bay and underbody, including close-ups of defects, plus a video report with paint-thickness measurements.
Insurance arrangement
We discuss which insurance your order needs and the available arrangements. Cover, price and restrictions are confirmed before payment.
