How to order a vehicle directly

Tell us the model, budget, required equipment and collection city. We will discuss how you plan to use the vehicle: city driving, family, work or a hobby.

You can ask GTYRES to search or send us a vehicle you have already found. In the latter case, we will check the offer and calculate costs for that exact vehicle.

Result: clear search criteria and an overall budget.

We compare suitable vehicles and send you photos, video and available condition information. We discuss mileage, equipment, service history and bodywork notes.

For Japan, we review the auction sheet and inspector comments. For Korea and China, we verify seller information and on-site inspection results. We arrange an additional inspection if the available information is insufficient.

Your decision: which vehicle suits you and which defects are acceptable.

Before purchase, we agree the terms, payment procedure and costs for the vehicle, services, clearance and transport. We identify amounts that depend on exchange rates and the chosen route.

The contract can be signed at our office or remotely. For a purchase at a Japanese auction, the security deposit starts at RUB 100,000 and forms part of the final vehicle price. Refund terms are stated in the contract.

Before payment: agreed terms and an estimate for your order.

After your approval, we bid at auction or arrange the purchase from the seller. We agree a maximum bid in advance. If the lot is not won, we discuss the next options.

After a successful auction, an invoice is issued for the Japanese costs: the lot price, auction fee and transport within Japan. The payment procedure and supporting documents are covered by the contract.

Result: the purchased vehicle and transaction documents.

Before shipment, we can replace fluids, source wheels, install equipment or carry out repairs. We first agree the work list and estimate, then complete the work and show you the result.

We arrange shipment and clearance in Russia. Waiting for a sailing in Japan may take one to two weeks; the actual period depends on the shipping schedule. We agree the route and keep you informed about progress.

You know what has been done to the vehicle and which stage the delivery has reached.

We agree the place and time for collection. You can collect the vehicle yourself or have it sent to your city by car carrier. The documents and keys are handed over with the vehicle.
