Diagnostics and inspection
We inspect the suspension and engine bay, examine the body and take paint-depth readings. We compare the condition with the auction sheet and send photos and video.
Fluids and consumables
Engine and transmission oil, antifreeze, brake fluid, filters and other consumables. We select materials and original parts for your vehicle.
Wheels and running gear
Seasonal wheel changes, wheel and tyre checks, suspension repairs and wheel alignment according to the agreed scope.

We repair damaged vehicles in Japan. We first assess the work required, the condition of parts and whether repair is reasonable.

Bodywork
Repair of damaged panels, replacement of parts and body preparation. The repair method and materials are agreed after inspection.
Mechanical repairs
We diagnose identified faults, source parts and carry out the agreed work.
Result inspection
We document completed work with photos and video and discuss the vehicle's condition after repair.

What we did for clients’ cars

After the Toyota Probox arrived at our facility in Japan, it was inspected, its oil was changed, the cabin was cleaned and the flat battery was replaced with a new one. The photograph shows work on the battery of this particular car.

The Toyota Premio required a different set of jobs: a door handle was replaced with a genuine Toyota part, the oil and filter were changed, and two sets of tyres and wheels were prepared. These completed orders illustrate different needs; work on your car is determined after inspection and agreement.

What work to agree after inspection

The service plan follows your car’s condition and documents. Consumables and parts are selected for its specific engine and trim.

Before work starts	We record the findings, work list, selected parts and estimate. Additional work is agreed after the cause of a fault has been clarified.
After completion	We show the completed work and discuss any remaining observations. The contents and placement of wheels and parts travelling with the car are agreed.
