We inspect the suspension and engine bay, examine the body and take paint-depth readings. We compare the condition with the auction sheet and send photos and video.
Fluids and consumables
Engine and transmission oil, antifreeze, brake fluid, filters and other consumables. We select materials and original parts for your vehicle.
Wheels and running gear
Seasonal wheel changes, wheel and tyre checks, suspension repairs and wheel alignment according to the agreed scope.

We repair damaged vehicles in Japan. We first assess the work required, the condition of parts and whether repair is reasonable.
Bodywork
Repair of damaged panels, replacement of parts and body preparation. The repair method and materials are agreed after inspection.

We diagnose identified faults, source parts and carry out the agreed work.
Result inspection
We document completed work with photos and video and discuss the vehicle's condition after repair.

What we did for clients’ cars
After the Toyota Probox arrived at our facility in Japan, it was inspected, its oil was changed, the cabin was cleaned and the flat battery was replaced with a new one. The photograph shows work on the battery of this particular car.
The Toyota Premio required a different set of jobs: a door handle was replaced with a genuine Toyota part, the oil and filter were changed, and two sets of tyres and wheels were prepared. These completed orders illustrate different needs; work on your car is determined after inspection and agreement.

What work to agree after inspection
The service plan follows your car’s condition and documents. Consumables and parts are selected for its specific engine and trim.

Two orders from August–September 2026 show what this preparation looked like in practice. The Honda Stepwgn Spada arrived at the GTYRES base in Japan on 26 August, and the owner was sent a detailed review with photos of the body, interior and details. Its tyres turned out to be worn, so the original wheels were kept and fresh 215/60 R16 tyres were fitted. The set with fitting cost 30,000 yen, or 18,720 roubles at the exchange rate on the payment date, and this amount went into the order total up to Vladivostok. The engine oil and oil filter were changed free of charge under an offer that applied to this car, and the total did not go up because of it. Details are in the Honda Stepwgn Spada order story.
For the Toyota Yaris Cross Z, winter wheels were a separate line in the calculation: the client ordered the car together with a winter set. Original Enkei wheels with 2023 winter tyres in 215/50 R18 were chosen, and the set cost 110,000 yen, or 69,256 roubles on the payment date. In the calculation they stand next to the car up to Vladivostok, and both amounts stayed within the agreed budget. Here, too, the oil and filter were changed free of charge before shipping, under a promotion that was running at the time. The full calculation is in the Yaris Cross Z order story.
The free oil change in these two orders was a condition of an offer that applied at the time, not a permanent part of the service.
The case studies show work on completed orders. Their scope and costs are not a ready-made estimate for another vehicle.
