Consent to Personal Data Processing

Настоящим я, действуя свободно, своей волей и в своём интересе, даю согласие индивидуальному предпринимателю Ющенко Ирине Павловне (ОГРНИП: 326385000036508, ИНН: 381201791522), именуемой далее «Оператор», на обработку моих персональных данных в соответствии с Федеральным законом от 27.07.2006 № 152-ФЗ «О персональных данных».

1. Purposes of personal data processing

Personal data are processed for the following purposes:

• providing information about services;
• communicating with the user;
• processing orders and contractual relationships;
• performing obligations required by the laws of the Russian Federation.

2. Personal data covered

For the purposes of this consent, personal data processing covers the following information:

• surname, first name and patronymic;
• telephone number;
• email address;
• other information provided by the user on their own initiative.

3. Processing and storage terms

Personal data are processed both with and without automated means.
The Controller undertakes not to transfer personal data to third parties without the data subject's consent, except in cases provided for by the laws of the Russian Federation.
No cross-border transfer of personal data is carried out. All data are stored within the Russian Federation.
Personal data are retained until the purposes of processing have been achieved or the data subject withdraws consent.

4. Rights of the data subject

I have been informed that I have the right to:

• obtain information about whether the Controller holds my personal data;
• request clarification, blocking or destruction if the data are incomplete, outdated or unlawfully processed;
• withdraw consent to personal data processing by sending notice to the Controller at info@gtyres.ru.
  This consent is effective from the time it is given until it is withdrawn.
