GTYRES order stories
Vladimir and Sofia · GTYRES team
A family business.
Personal involvement.
We are Vladimir and Sofia from Irkutsk. We live and work in Japan, build GTYRES together and are personally involved in the team's work.
Vladimir Chief Executive Officer
I continued my father's work. Since 2010, I have progressed from tyre fitting to building my own brand. At GTYRES I oversee business development, our yard, shop and workshop in Japan. I value seeing the work on site, understanding the technical details and taking part in solving problems.
Sofia Executive Director and Deputy Chief Executive Officer
I turn our plans into daily work by assigning tasks and coordinating the team and vehicle operations. I manage documents, export clearance and logistics and oversee orders. I want every promise to be backed by clear actions and for you to know what is happening with your vehicle.
In 2022 we decided to move to Japan, and on 19 April 2024 we opened GTYRES Co., Ltd. Today our teams in Japan and Russia support you from the first conversation to receiving your order.

Answers
to your questions
Purchase, inspection and payment.
We explain the issues that matter before an order.
What are the advantages of ordering a vehicle at auction rather than buying on the retail market?
How can I make sure the vehicle has not been structurally cut or flood damaged?
What guarantees can the company provide?
What is a vehicle invoice and how is it paid?
– название и контактные данные продавца и покупателя.
– описание автомобиля (марка, модель, год выпуска, VIN-номер)
– цена автомобиля
– расходы по Японии
– условия оплаты
– дата выписки инвойса
– номер инвойса.
The invoice is an important document required for customs clearance and confirms the sale transaction. It is used to calculate customs duties and taxes. Customs clearance cannot be completed without it.
Paying the invoice
Receive the invoice: the seller sends an electronic copy.
Print the invoice and take your passport: these documents are required for payment.
Find a bank that handles international transfers: sanctions mean that some banks do not work with Japan. Ask your GTYRES manager which banks currently support the payment route.
Visit the bank and pay the invoice. This usually takes about 1 to 1.5 hours.
What does the Russian term for an import-eligible vehicle mean?
Can a vehicle's condition or mileage be misrepresented?
