About this generation

Honda Stepwgn RP: Spada facelift and powertrain choice

The fifth-generation Honda Stepwgn received its facelift in September 2017; Spada gained a revised grille, bumpers and LED headlights. This generation includes a 1.5-litre petrol turbo and a 2.0-litre hybrid system. Hybrid grades are front-wheel drive, while petrol versions include 4WD variants, so the drive layout matters when comparing listings.

The minivan has a 2,890 mm wheelbase; front-drive Spada Hybrid G EX has 155 mm of clearance, while petrol Spada Cool Spirit 4WD has 150 mm. The cabin can be specified with separate second-row captain’s chairs or a 60:40 bench, and the Waku Waku rear door opens upward or partly to the side.
