Japan’s first-generation Mazda CX-60 uses a longitudinal engine layout with rear-wheel drive as its base architecture. The range includes a 2.5-litre petrol engine, a 3.3-litre diesel and hybrid versions, while these Japanese versions use an eight-speed automatic; drive can be rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive.
Five seats, a 2,870 mm wheelbase and 175–180 mm of clearance provide a starting point. Japanese trims include 18- and 20-inch wheels; the 25S or XD designation alone does not identify wheel size or interior finish. Match the engine, drive layout and full equipment grade of the selected version.
