The first-generation Toyota Aqua P10 received its second facelift in June 2017. Japanese grades of this generation use the THSII hybrid system with a 1.5-litre petrol engine; this generation has front-wheel drive and an electrically controlled continuously variable transmission (e-CVT). Crossover adds roof rails, black cladding, a distinct bumper and dedicated wheels, but its 170 mm clearance must not be carried over to a regular Aqua with 140 mm or to the GR Sport grade with the 17-inch package and 120 mm.
The wheelbase is 2,550 mm, the rear seats fold and the traction battery is located under the rear seat. The range includes Style Black, S Business, Crossover and factory-tuned variants; equipment and wheel size depend on the grade. Confirm the package, wheels and clearance for the exact car before comparing it with a regular S or G.
