What we discuss before the search
- Passenger or cargo version. We confirm the version from its documents and chassis code, including seat count, seat layout and safety belts. Similar exterior appearance does not mean an identical interior or purpose.
- Use history. We review the auction sheet together with photographs of the seats, doors, floor and cargo area. We discuss the inspector’s notes and available service information instead of choosing by mileage alone.
- Delivery to your city. We discuss where you will collect the vehicle and how it will travel after clearance. The actual dimensions of the selected version matter to the carrier; route and sailing are confirmed separately.

How our order went
We sourced a seven-seat 2020 Nissan NV200 for a customer in Moscow. In Japan it was inspected, the oil and filter were changed, and winter tyres were prepared. The onward route ran through Irkutsk to Moscow. The case study shows this specific vehicle and its preparation.

Can you find a seven-seat NV200?
Our completed order documents such a vehicle. For a new search, the factory version and seat count must be confirmed for the selected lot; auction availability is checked at the time of the search.
Is a cargo version suitable for family travel?
We first compare the documents, seat count and interior. Do not choose from an exterior photograph or assume a conversion is possible without checking requirements. Send us your use case and we will look for a suitable factory version.
